When you submit a bulk enquiry, P & H LifeStyles uses the information you provide to understand your requirements and respond to you.

What the form collects

The form requests your name, email, product and estimated quantity. You may also provide business and contact details, fabric, dimensions, colour, a message and one reference file. Please only attach material relevant to your enquiry, and avoid sending sensitive personal information.

How your enquiry is handled

When enquiry delivery is enabled, your details and optional attachment are forwarded to our configured business inbox through our email delivery provider, Resend. A successful submission message means the delivery provider accepted the request; it is not an order confirmation.

Security and service providers

The site is prepared for Cloudflare hosting. Its enquiry service uses Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limiting to help prevent abuse. These services may process connection and device information for security. The website does not currently include advertising trackers or analytics scripts.

Follow-up and deletion requests

You can request a correction or deletion of your enquiry information by replying to our response or submitting a new enquiry explaining your request. Information needed for an agreed order may need to be retained separately.

Before placing an order

Final specifications, sample and colour approval, pricing and production details are agreed through discussion. Sending this form does not place or pay for an order.
